Confirmation path
Step 1
Great, I will hold this route/activity plan for you. Please confirm the final traveler names, WhatsApp number, pickup point, and any medical, dietary, or swimming-confidence notes.
Record: Accepted proposal, final scope, customer confirmation channel, and quote value.
Step 2
To confirm the booking, please complete the agreed deposit/payment by the due date below. Once received, we will send your confirmation summary and pre-trip instructions.
Record: Payment amount, due date, method, receipt screenshot/reference, and payment status.
Step 3
Your guide/activity plan is being finalized. We will reconfirm final timing around local conditions before the activity if weather or river levels could affect the plan.
Record: Guide name, supplier confirmations, equipment notes, and any weather contingency.
Step 4
Please bring quick-dry clothing, secure footwear, a change of clothes, sun protection, and any medication you need. Final activity suitability is confirmed by the guide on the day based on conditions.
Record: Pre-trip message sent date, customer acknowledgement, balance due, and emergency contact.
